Today was definitely not the most motivated day. My body is sore all over so I decided to give it a rest even though I originally planned to do two dance classes. I have been unwell so I spent alot of the day resting in the hope of giving my chance a bit more recovery time and it will be straight back into it all tomorrow.

The same protein shake I made yesterday morning except this time I put the cinnamon on top and stirred it in before drinking it, along with a small container of green grapes! Yummm!

A chicken ham, lettuce, cheese, tomato and mustard sandwhich on wholemeal grain bread.
