Today I proved to myself how much your attitude either helps or hinders you. I was out until 6am this morning (how responsible of me) and had to work at 10.30am. I managed to do my workouts AND as it is now 3:30am I have just finished my day's singing practice. I am determined to not let myself fail this test.

My voice was extremely tired today from the late nights I have been having. I just practiced easy songs that didn't push me too hard and will allow my voice to heal more by tomorrow.

35min Billy's Ab Bootcamp
I managed to do this on one of my breaks at work which was so convenient. It actually helped me feel more energised and motivated to face the day.
30min Cardio - Cross Trainer & Treadmill (Jogging)
As I did not complete the full hour in my workout thismorning, I went to the gym at my condo after arriving home from work at 8.30pm and made sure I finished the job.
