I have just been more busy than you could imagine... but don't you worry, I have still been at my challenge. With only ten days left and the craziest schedule ahead of me, I know I will not accomplish alot of the tasks I originally set for myself, but I am going to try my absolute best to finish as many of them as possible. This may be the longest blog entry ever, but at least I have still stuck to it. I cannot complain about how busy my life has become because it is filled with all of the things I have been desiring for years. I am volunteering my services to a band consisting of a few of my local friends and I. I do not get paid for my services, but the experience and growth I am receiving from the opportunity far outweighs any financial payment I could receive! AND ALSO!!! My friends posted their music video that I helped out with and I am really happy with how it turned out! It was so much fun and I was so happy to help them! Click the link below to check it out!

CHARITABLE DEED / RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS #3
Day 17 - I donated $10 to a local street musician on Orchard Rd in Singapore. He is blind and sits in this subway strip in the same position for approximately 10-12hours per day. He is blind, plays the keyboard, sings and has tamborines attached to his feet. He sings chinese music and although does not have the most amazing skill or talent, he is still out there doing his thing and spreading the joy of music.
CHARITABLE DEED / RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS #4
Day 17 - On the same day whilst shopping on Orchard Rd with my friends, we passed an old heavily disabled uncle in a wheel chair who makes his income by selling small packets of tissues all day to the general public for $1 per packet. I passed him $10 and wished him a wonderful day and took no merchandise in return. I also put another $10 into the donation hat as we passed a group of young locals who were displaying there skills with soccer balls. It may seem like alot to have passed out $30 in one day to people on the street, but as far as I see it, we were spending the day out shopping on selfish luxuries like clothing and material things. I could easily spare a little extra cash for those who are out working for their money because I would not have hesitated to spend that money on something I didn't really need.
CHARITABLE DEED / RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS #5
Day 20 - Today I made a $50 donation as a sponsorship for my uncle Tyler who is so inspiringly riding in a cycling team that plan to ride 504km in 24hrs to raise funds for Huntington's Disease. Not only is this an amazing task on it's own, my uncle Tyler was involved in an accident a little while back when he was knocked off his bike by a car and quite badly injured. It is so wonderful to see him recovering so well and taking on such amazing challenges. GO TYLER!!
LIVE VOCAL PERFORMANCES #3 & #4
Day 18 & 19 - My band performed 3 x 45min sets on both Friday and Saturday night at a local venue. I shared approx. half the songs with the male singer. I learnt on Friday night just how much an uncomfortable pair of shoes can affect the quality of your performance. That was such a shame because I love my thigh high boots so much, but they are definitely not made for dancing and jumping around in. I feel I am growing so much as a performer at these performances I am volunteering at. It is such a blessing and is making my life here in Singapore so much more fulfilling and I feel more inspired and enlightened as a person.
